1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c soy milk (rice milk, almond milk, or coconut milk)
1/2 c Veganaise or Real Mayonnaise
1/2 c green onions (or dehydrated onions)
2 c soy cheddar cheese (grated)
2 cage free eggs
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Mrs. Dash
9 1/2 " gluten free pie crust ( I got my recipe from Amy's Cookbook:
Make crust as directed. Prepare your crust in the pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Cook ground turkey with onions. Add sea salt and Mrs. Dash. Once that is fully cooked, drain to remove any oil. Stir in milk, mayo, cheese, and eggs. Be sure to first put your eggs in a separate small dish and scramble with your fork. Then, add to quiche mixture.
Bake quiche on 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Until knife in center of quiche comes out clean.
